Where can I find the participation and cancellation conditions?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a registration, please do so in good time before the course begins; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply. We will make every effort to find suitable alternatives for you.

How is online access to the training environment provided?
Online courses are delivered via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Access to the training environment is additionally provided through Citrix, ensuring all participants work in a consistent technical setup.
What technical requirements do I need for online courses?
You will need an internet-enabled PC with IPv4, a current web browser (tested: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and a headset for audio.
What are the recommendations for the technical course environment?
We recommend a wired internet connection for maximum stability. A webcam is optional but helps improve communication. Please do not use a VPN connection, as the training environment is already secured via Citrix. Participation from a home office without corporate firewall and the use of two monitors is ideal.
Do I have to turn on my webcam during online courses?
No, using a webcam is optional. However, it is encouraged for better interaction and communication.
When will I receive my access data for online courses?
General access information will be sent to all participants at least 5 days before the course starts. Detailed access credentials are provided by the respective instructor shortly before the course begins.
What happens if I am unable to attend on short notice (less than 1 day before the course)?
In this case, the full course fee is charged. However, a free rescheduling to another date is possible.
What happens if I cancel less than 6 days before the course?
A fee of 50% of the course price will be charged. A free rescheduling to a later date is also possible in this case.
Can Robotron assist with hotel bookings?
Of course! Please contact us to benefit from our discounted hotel rates.
What should I bring to the course?
Our instructors appreciate good spirits and a willingness to learn. All training materials and writing utensils are provided by Robotron. Coffee, tea, and cold drinks are available on-site.
Are there parking facilities at the training center?
Yes, ample parking is available directly at the training center.
Will a course take place even if only one participant is registered?
Our guaranteed courses will take place even with only a single participant.
Under what exceptional circumstances can Robotron cancel a course?
In rare cases, such as the illness of the instructor, a course may need to be cancelled or postponed.
How long does the course run on the final training day?
The official end time is 17:00. In many cases, individual arrangements can be made with the instructor.
What information is required for online registration?
Please provide the full names of all participants (first name, last name, title if applicable), the complete company address, and the email addresses of both the registrant and the participants.
Is lunch included for on-site courses?
Yes, for classroom courses lasting at least one day, lunch is included.
How do I reach the Robotron Training Center by public transport?
