This is the guiding principle that has been characterized and successfully supported by our management for years. Founded in 1990 by Dr. Rolf Heinemann, the Robotron Datenbank-Software GmbH is continuously growing and always represented on the market with the appropriate solutions. Together with the two sons Ulf Heinemann and Björn Heinemann, future-oriented strategies are developed, shaping the traditional company from Dresden into an innovative software service provider.

 

IT Security

As an experienced IT service provider, we support our customers in protecting IT systems, data and applications with services for the prevention, monitoring, detection and elimination of security gaps, threats and attacks. The security of IT systems and IT landscapes as well as the business processes of our customers and business partners is our top priority.

Extensive, recognized security precautions and working in accordance with the Robotron Management System are essential foundations for safeguarding our quality and information security policy. Robotron is currently certified according to the standards ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. These two standards represent the requirements for a management system with regard to quality and information security. The requirements of both standards are implemented at Robotron in the form of an integrated management system consisting of the following key points:
