Robotron Showcases Modern Collection Management Solutions at MUTEC 2026

In November, the museum community will gather in Leipzig for MUTEC 2026, and Robotron will once again be participating as both an exhibitor and a conference speaker. The focus of this year's exhibition will be the robotron*Daphne collections management system alongside smart solutions for digital storage management and the online presentation of museum collections.

From 5 to 7 November 2026, our team will be welcoming visitors to Hall 4, Booth B19, where we will showcase the wide range of applications offered by robotron*Daphne for museums, archives and collections. In addition to our collections management system, we will present the new robotron*Daphne Collection Manager App, enabling mobile, scan-based management of storage processes directly within museum repositories.

Visitors will also discover how robotron*Daphne Collection makes museum collections accessible online and how the robotron*Daphne Multimedia Guide enhances the visitor experience by providing digital guidance through exhibitions.

A special highlight awaits visitors on 5 November from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. In her presentation Collection Manager App: Current Development Status and Live Demonstration, Product Manager Susann Reypka will provide insights into the latest development of the application and demonstrate how object and location movements can be recorded by scanning items directly in the repository and automatically synchronised with robotron*Daphne.

The presentation will offer practical insights into how digital workflows can make storage management more efficient, transparent and reliable.
