Robotron implements interface to the OTC platform enmacc

Energy

The integration of the new interface to Europe's leading OTC trading platform for energy and environmental products enmacc offers Robotron customers seamless automation and digitalization of their energy trading processes.

Market players in the energy industry face numerous challenges when it comes to designing sustainable energy trading strategies. In order to optimize procurement and trading processes and to support the diversification strategies of municipal utilities in their search for new trading partners, Robotron has implemented integrated access to the OTC platform.

The seamless integration of the enmacc platform offers the possibility to efficiently manage numerous counterparts via one platform and a multitude of functions and benefits for energy traders. These include

  •     Increased overall efficiency: with the integration, Robotron customers can effortlessly register trades executed on enmacc and generate new RFQs without having to leave Robotron's system.
  •     Automated trading processes: The results of the RFQ, price and trading partner can be imported into the system and processed directly. Automated trading processes thus reduce manual effort.
  •     Access to a growing network: More than 500 companies and 2,000 members who trade in electricity, gas and environmental goods such as guarantees of origin and EUAs are already active on the platform.

Björn Heinemann, Managing Director of Robotron, emphasizes: "We are very pleased about the cooperation with enmacc, a leading company in the field of energy trading. The partnership enables our customers to easily integrate our portfolio management solutions into the enmacc platform and thus open up a new level of efficiency and convenience in their trading processes."
