Experience World-Class Biathlon Up Close at the City Biathlon Dresden 2026

On 23 August 2026, Dresden's city centre will once again be transformed into a spectacular biathlon arena. Against the stunning backdrop of the city's historic old town, international biathlon stars will compete in thrilling mass-start races at the City Biathlon Dresden. Featuring Éric Perrot, Lisa Vittozzi and German biathlon stars Philipp Nawrath, Vanessa Voigt and Justus Strelow, this year's line-up promises world-class performances and exciting competitions.

As a long-standing sponsor of the City Biathlon Dresden, Robotron is proud to support the event once again, underlining its commitment to elite sport in the region. Robotron has also enjoyed a long-standing partnership with Justus Strelow, supporting the successful biathlete throughout his sporting career for several years. We are delighted to accompany him once again at this year's event in Dresden.

A special highlight for visitors will be the meet-and-greet and autograph session with Justus Strelow, taking place from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Robotron stand in the Biathlon Village. Fans will have the opportunity to meet the German national team athlete in person, collect an autograph and take a souvenir photo.

Justus Strelow is also looking forward to the event: "The City Biathlon is a fantastic event because it allows us athletes to enjoy the atmosphere along the course and inside the stadium even more. The fans are much closer to the athletes, and with less at stake than in a World Cup race, everyone is a little more relaxed before the start. But once the starting signal is given, everyone still wants to win! The setting is truly unique, and although the course is relatively flat, it's more demanding than many people might expect because there's hardly any opportunity to recover. Personally, it's a great opportunity for me to compete in front of my home crowd, and the greater emphasis on shooting suits my strengths. I'm really looking forward to the race!"
