Robotron is a regular sponsor of the Saxon Computer Science Competition. This competition is aimed at all pupils from general and vocational schools who are interested in computer science and want to compete with others. The competition is intended to spark and promote pupils' interest in information technology and computer science education.

Robotron is a long-standing member of the booster club "Schülerrechenzentrum Dresden e.V." (SRZ) The Pupils' Computing Center of the Technical University of Dresden is a center for the promotion of outstanding pupils in the fields of computer science and electronics. We are committed to support the promotion of young talents in the field of information technology. The SRZ builds bridges between students and companies in the software industry by offering annual company projects. In these projects, small groups of pupils work on tasks set by the companies over a period of six months.

Robotron has already supervised a number of such company projects, which have resulted, for example, in smart home solutions for our company buildings or in-house navigation in our facilities.
