Service Desk and Support

Our Service Desk is the central point of contact for all customer requirements and customer messages. It communicates the extensive Robotron service portfolio.

As a full-service provider, Robotron offers a wide range of technological, functional and operational support services. We support you in operating your processes and applications according to your requirements.

Training and Education Services

Our extensive training and certification programs provide you with the skills to successfully deploy complex technology solutions. Obtain first-hand product and practical knowledge and choose between technology training or practical workshops:

Technology Training

Our experienced team of instructors will be happy to welcome you to Oracle University courses as well as classes covering Microsoft, Splunk, PostgreSQL and, of course, Robotron products.

Hands-On Workshops

Hands-on workshops complement the course program with flexible, hands-on training to impart additional knowledge and skills related to Oracle and Robotron products.

Inhouse Courses

Our in-house course program facilitates efficient and individual training of your employees. Either on your own premises or online under the guidance of Robotron instructors.
